Located southeast of the El Morro National Monument, and adjacent to the Ramah Navajo Indian Reservation off BIA-122, the area has grasslands, Pinon Pine, Cedar & Ponderosa Pine scattered throughout. mobiles, Modulars, Site-builds allowed. Camp, RV. animals allowed. Elevation ranges approx. 7200-7500 ft.

Pine Meadow Ranches consists of approx. 1,174 lots split up in 4 Units in over 3,527 acres. Land owners in Units 3 and 4 pay a yearly assessment to the PMR POA for upkeep of the roads in these units

In the past, the Pine Meadow Ranches was one big ranch located in Valencia County. Years later, the ranch was subdivided into the 4 units , and then was put into Cibola County.
